About The Program

Overview

In this insightful and highly interactive program, participants explore factors that motivate themselves and others, and potentially trigger conflicts, together with relational strengths that contribute to their success, and behaviours which may prove unproductive with others. They leave with a plan to address a high stakes interaction opportunity based on what they have learned.

How it Works

Participants complete a pre-workshop assessment, the results of which are debriefed through an interactive workshop. Skills and behaviours to better engage and motivate others are explored through experiential activities. A plan to enhance a key relationship is established.

Options

The standard Results Through Relationships program is a 1-day Face-to-face workshop, providing a high-level run through of the HILT framework and completing initial draft inputs for a team charter.

  • 1/2-day basic programs face-to-face to introduce to explore the principles of Relationship Intelligence, with a focus on personal motivation and response under stress and conflict.
  • It is common to integrate the content of this program into longer learning journeys for leader. Customised multi-module online programs can also be designed according to client need.
