Overview

Spark! is a dynamic, experiential way to build skills and instil a culture of innovation. Based on the practical application of the 6’I’s®️ Model, a People and Purpose-Centred approach to innovation, the program introduces skills, methods and mindsets by applying them to generate innovation ideas for your organisation.

How it Works

With pre-work, including an online assessment, participants undertake an experiential journey into the application of the 6 ‘I’s® of Innovation using their learnings to generate potentially valuable ideas for innovation in your organisation.

Options

The standard Spark! program is a 1-day face-to-face workshop, with pre-workshop assessment, virtual instructor-led preparation guidance (30-45 min tele-class) and post-workshop follow up online group coaching.

  • 1/2-day “Yes! You Can Innovate” programs either face-to-face or online can introduce the framework, explore participant’s innovation strengths, understand the principles and learn some of the tools of innovation.
  • The 2-day face-to-face workshop not only helps participants learn the approach and skills of innovation, but also give the teams the opportunity to investigate ideas generated in more depth and prepare more concrete innovation proposals, along with exploring how a stronger culture of innovation can be embedded into the organisation.
