About The Program

Overview

This workshop equips individuals and teams with the tools to navigate organisational change using the proven Change Curve model. Based on the Kubler-Ross framework, it helps participants identify their current stage in the change process, recognise productive and unproductive behaviours and develop strategies to move forward with resilience, clarity and confidence.

How it Works

Participants complete an assessment to determine their current stage in the change curve. Through guided interpretation, group discussion and action planning, they gain insights into their responses and learn how to support themselves and others through change and create strategies to master changes effectively.

Benefits

The workshop fosters emotional awareness, builds resilience, and enhances adaptability empowering individuals to manage uncertainty, reduce resistance and embrace change as a catalyst for growth and innovation.

Why This Matters

In today’s fast-paced world, change is constant. Understanding the emotional journey through change enables individuals and teams to respond proactively, maintain performance and lead with empathy during transitions.
