Through a highly interactive process, participants are introduced to the principles of Leadership as Personal Action and the practical factors they must pay attention to get the best results from themselves, their people and their business situation.

Options

The standard LAPA program is a 1-day Face-to-face workshop. Other options include

• 1/2-day summary programs face-to-face or virtual instructor-led to help participants explore the concepts and start a development plan for themselves.
• 2-day intense face-to-face development workshop for senior leaders delving into aspects of leader character and values, and sharpening critical thinking for more accurate decision-making. It is usually combined with follow up group online coaching.
• Customised multi-module online programs can be designed according to client need, and elements can be integrated with other programs in our series.
