Options

The foundational LINK program is a 1-day Face-to-face workshop, providing a high-level run through of the HILT framework and completing initial draft inputs for a team charter.

• The 2-day LINK EXTRA workshop is designed for leadership teams who wish to conduct crucial team and organisational alignment discussions around practical values, vision-setting for performance planning, trust-building and engagement.
• 1/2-day basic programs face-to-face or virtual instructor-led to introduce the principles and tools of building High Impact teams.
• Customised multi-module online programs can be designed according to client need, and elements can be integrated with other programs in our series.
